In his new book, Breakpoint: The Crisis of the Middle Class and the Future of Work (Juggernaut), equity strategist Saurabh Mukherjea, along with Nandita Rajhansa and Sapana Bhavsar, argue that the middle class in India is being pushed to the edge due to three factors — AI disruption, wage stagnation and ballooning household debt.
