The Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharath Rozgar Yojana ( PMVBRY) that guarantees incentives for both the first-time employees and the employers creating additional jobs will be launched on June 19.

An official statement said Prime Minister Narendra Modi would launch the disbursal of PMVBRY incentives to the tune of ₹2,400 crore to the beneficiaries in a function to be held in Delhi on Friday (June 19) at 4 p.m.

The PMVBRYoffers financial incentives up to ₹15,000 for new formal employeesand up to ₹3,000 per month for employers for generating additional jobs. Hence, this incentive is being disbursed to both the employees and the employers during the formal launch of the scheme by the Prime Minister.

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation’s Tirunelveli Regional Office is also organising an event at Sri Vaari Hall in NGO ‘B’ Colony at the same time to disburse the incentives to the beneficiaries.

Good number of employers and the employees would take part in the event, the statement said.
