Kaneez Fatima, Kalaburagi North MLA and chairperson of the Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation Limited, laid the foundation stone for road and drainage development works near Masjid-e-Mahbas in Kalaburagi on Friday (May 1).
The works, taken up under the 2025–26 action plan of the Kalyana Karnataka Region Development Board (KKRDB) through the Public Works Department (PWD), are estimated to cost ₹130 lakh.
