The Tenkasi Forest Division has come-out with a thought-provoking video clip appealing to the public, especially tourists visiting Courtallam during the upcoming season between June and August not to feed the monkeys with the food they enjoy – right from idli to partotta.

In the graphical video, a monkey, greeting the tourists as its ‘evolutionary relatives’, appeals to them not to share their food with the monkeys, which are created to search in the forest for their food like leaves, fruits etc. and feed on them.
