Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has begun online registration for undergraduate and diploma admissions for 2026-2027 in the university as well as Annamalai University (Faculty of Agriculture).
Admissions will be carried out for 14 UG programmes of the TNAU and three UG programmes at Annamalai University through a single online application available on http://tnau.ucanapply.com till June 8, said N. Venkatesa Palannisamy, Dean (Agriculture), TNAU, in a press release.
Application fee for general BC, BCM and MBC/DNC students is ₹600. For SC, SCA and ST students, the application fee is ₹300.
The process for admission into the 14 programmes offered through 18 constituent colleges and 28 affiliated colleges will begin from the day of declaration of Class 12 results.
In all, 2,516 candidates in constituent colleges and 4,736 (government quota: 3,051 + management quota: 1,685) students in affiliated private colleges will be admitted
The online admission process will also cover entry into the UG programmes offered by Annamalai University (Faculty of Agriculture): B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture under government quota and self-support programme.

Candidates can register their applications on http://tnau.ucanapply.com and submit all the necessary details along with the application fee for admission into diploma programmes in agriculture and horticulture offered through constituent and affiliated colleges.
The application fee for general BC, BCM and MBC/DNC students is ₹200 and for SC, SCA, and ST it is ₹100.
