Ghana and Panama lock horns for the very first time at the 2026 World Cup group stage, with the pair meeting in Toronto on June 17, 2026. Neither team are fancied in Group L, which is expected to be topped by either England or Croatia.
The top Ghana players who will be dominating the field are Antoine Semenyo, Thomas Partey, Inaki Williams, Ernest Nuamah and Kamaldeen Sulemana. Key players to watch from Panama are Anibal Godoy, Jose Fajardo and Adalberto Carrasquilla. Panama has also Amir Murillo and Cecilio Waterman to support.
