The Madanayakanahalli police have registered a case against a 43-year-old Nigerian national for allegedly assaulting security personnel at a Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) holding facility in Sondekoppa village, on the outskirts of Bengaluru on April 30.
The accused has been identified as Kelvin Chigoeke James, who was lodged at the Foreigners Detention/Restriction Centre (FRC) following orders issued by the FRRO, Bengaluru.
