Visakhapatnam MP M. Sribharat has called upon Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to invest in the fast-developing Visakhapatnam region and become partners in the growth of Andhra Pradesh. During his visit to the United States, Mr. Sribharat attended a ‘Meet and Greet’ programme organised in Milpitas, California, under the leadership of North America Special Representative Komati Jayaram.

Addressing the gathering, he said Visakhapatnam is emerging as the growth engine of Andhra Pradesh and that the State is progressing steadily towards becoming a trillion-dollar economy under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He noted that Andhra Pradesh is offering some of the most competitive industrial incentives in the country, along with policies that ensure speed and ease of doing business.
