Top bureaucrats and senior police officers on Thursday met AINRC founder N. Rangasamy, before he called on the Lieutenant Governor to submit his resignation from the post of Chief Minister to make way for next government formation.
The officers also met A. Namassivayam, who was elected leader of BJP’s legislative party, after the NDA secured a majority in the Assembly elections. The officers, included Chief Secretary Sharat Chauhan, Director General of Police Shalini Singh and Development Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government Krishna Mohan Uppu.
