The Proddatur police arrested a woman, her paramour, and a nine-member “supari” gang on charges of attempted murder. A special team led by Proddatur One Town Inspector T.V. Konda Reddy apprehended all the eleven persons involved in the case.
Based on the complaint from the husband, Kuraku Eswar Reddy, a resident of Lingapuram village in Proddatur mandal, the police arrested his wife Kuraku Shilpa (32), named as A1 in the case, and her boyfriend Dasarigandla Naga Sudheer (32), for conspiring to murder him.
