Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated with traditional fervour and religious gaiety across the Visakhapatnam city on Tuesday.

Devotees thronged temples from the early hours to offer special prayers to Lord Hanuman, seeking strength and wisdom.

Joining the festivities, Visakhapatnam MP M. Sribharat visited the Sri Prasanna Panduranga Swamy Temple at Pandurangapuram. The MP performed special puja and offered prayers to ‘Abhaya Anjaneya Swamy’.

Speaking to the media from the temple premises, Mr. Sribharat highlighted the relevance of Lord Hanuman’s life.
