The Nashik Police on Monday (April told a local court that Nida Khan, whom the police described as an absconding accused in the alleged TCS sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion case, needs to be interrogated in custody.
The court was hearing Ms. Khan’s anticipatory bail application. “Her financial links need to be probed. Certain links with Malaysia and Malegaon were found. Her phone needs to be sent for forensic investigation,” the prosecution told the court.
