Two unidentified persons snatched away ₹10 lakh-worth gold chain from a woman at Panagudi on Thursday.
Police said two unidentified bike-laden persons with helmet snatched the gold chain, weighing 10 sovereigns, from N. Sudha, 30, of Panagudi when she was going to the nearby shop on Thursday. The culprits escaped even before the people in the vicinity could come to her rescue.
The Panagudi police have collected CCTV footages from the scene of crime and other cameras installed nearby to identify the culprits.
