Tamil Nadu Revenue Minister K.A. Sengottaiyan was admitted to a private hospital in Coimbatore late on Saturday. Hospital sources said the Minister was admitted to the hospital due to fever, around 11.30 p.m. They said that though his condition improved early on Sunday, doctors advised him to remain under care in the hospital till Monday morning. Party sources said the Minister was scheduled to leave for Chennai on Sunday night, but postponed the journey to Monday.
