Hiroyuki Kaneko, executive coordinator, HR and administration, Isuzu Motors India Pvt Ltd, visited the Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering (Autonomous) here on Wednesday (June 24, 2026).
During his visit, Mr. Kaneko interacted with both students and faculty members. He also held a meeting with G. Madhukumar, secretary and correspondent of the Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya Colleges; D. Deepak Chowdary; G.S.K. Chakravarthy; and the heads of the relevant departments and the college’s placement team.
The discussions centred on strengthening industry-academia collaboration, prioritising skill development and expanding employment opportunities for engineering and other graduates.
Addressing the students, Mr. Kaneko stressed the need for technical proficiency, strong communication skills, effective teamwork and a commitment to continuous learning to thrive in the modern, competitive job market. He also offered insights into current industry expectations and potential career paths.
The college management expressed its gratitude to Isuzu Motors for the visit. It noted that such engagements are instrumental in giving students practical industry exposure, thereby better preparing them for their future careers.
