Congress former MLA S.A. Sampath Kumar has filed a private complaint before the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate Court for Prohibition and Excise Cases, Nampally, which also functions as a special court for the trial of criminal cases against MPs and MLAs, against BRS leaders K.T. Rama Rao, T. Harish Rao, Krishank, and the editors of a vernacular newspaper and a digital news platform.
