District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore on Monday directed officials to ensure the effective delivery of government services to the people and stressed on the importance of citizen satisfaction.

Chairing a preparedness review meeting at the Collectorate ahead of the Collectors’ Conference scheduled for May 7 and 8., Mr. Abhishikth examined department-wise progress on priority works. He said that the government is actively gathering public feedback through QR codes, IVRS, and other channels. He urged officials to continuously improve their performance.
