A cheating complaint has been filed against R.K. Nagar constituency TVK candidate Marie Wilson at the Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office.
Vignesh Ram, 40, a resident of Mogappair West runs a company that supplies grocery items in bulk to private college canteens.
Speaking to reporters later, businessman Vignesh Ram said that he had been supplying grocery items for several years to a private college owned by Marie Wilson. He alleged that payments for supplies made between 2017 and 2019 were not settled.
He further claimed that Marie Wilson has cheated him of around ₹1.10 crore and that he has been receiving threats and intimidation through associates whenever he demands the money.
