VISAKHAPATNAM:
A four-day awareness campaign under the ‘Bharat Climate Satyagraha Yatra’ concluded in Visakhapatnam. Inspired by environmentalist Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki, the initiative featured a series of workshops and drives held from June 13 to June 16 to highlight climate change and renewable energy, according to a release on Wednesday.
The campaign kicked off a workshop at Vignan’s Engineering College for Women, drawing over 250 participants. Later that evening, an interactive session at Gajuwaka attracted around 200 nature lovers and students. On June 14, volunteers organised a public awareness drive along the RK Beach stretch to VUDA Park.
