Branded coffee mugs and caps under the ‘Bay of Bapatla’ initiative have been launched at the Suryalanka beach, reflecting the tourism appeal of the Bapatla coastline.

The officials said that the products were designed with attractive patterns to showcase the uniqueness of the Bapatla beach, offering visitors memorable souvenirs. The initiative aims to strengthen the identity of the coastal destination and enhance tourist engagement through locally inspired merchandise.

The ‘Bay of Bapatla’ product, manufactured in line with high-quality standards, are available for sale at affordable prices. The merchandise includes coffee mugs and caps designed to appeal particularly to youth, tourists and coffee enthusiasts.

District Tourism Officer Anand Satyapal said the products are expected to receive a positive response, especially among the youths and coffee lovers, while helping popularise Bapatla as a tourism destination.

“Efforts are under way to take tourism development activities to a wider audience in the district as per the directions of Collector V. Vinod Kumar. The initiative forms part of broader efforts to promote the scenic coastline and strengthen Bapatla’s tourism profile through innovative branding and visitor-oriented activities,” he said.
