The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) issued a clarification on Tuesday, regarding a viral social media poster on recruitment in the Board.
“It is completely fake and misleading. There is no recruitment process of the kind mentioned in the poster and the public should not believe false claims related to vacancies, salaries, or eligibility criteria being circulated online,” it said in a statement.
All future recruitment in the Board will be conducted as per government regulations and only through the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC), and such official recruitment notifications will be published only on government and the Board’s official websites.
It appealed to job aspirants and the general public to avoid trusting unverified advertisements and rely solely on official announcements for authentic information regarding employment opportunities.
