The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) moved a confidence motion in the Punjab Assembly during its one-day special session on Friday (May 1, 2026).
Stating that the party was “united”, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said the motion was moved to counter “false rumours and news”.
