Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday directed senior officials to expedite the process of filling 24,300 vacancies across various government departments and address drinking water issues on priority.
Chairing a meeting of senior officials, including Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh, Additional Chief Secretaries, and Principal Secretaries, the Chief Minister said the Finance Department headed by him has given clearance to fill posts in multiple departments.
