Senior Civil Judge and the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Karimnagar, K. Rani on Thursday inaugurated a ‘Legal Aid Help Desk’ at Mulaqati Area of the District Jail in Karimnagar.
The help desk would offer legal assistance and guidance to jail visitors, a press release said.
The facility was set up as per the directions of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority (TSLSA).
Deputy Legal Aid Defense Counsel Thanuku Mahesh, jailers Srinivas and Ramesh, among others were present.
