Guntur East MLA Md. Naseer Ahmed on Sunday (May 3, 2026) launched a scathing attack on the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), stating that during its five-year reign it became synonymous with anarchy, rowdyism, and an ‘axe culture’.

Addressing media persons at the TDP central office on Sunday, Mr. Ahmed said YSRCP is not a political party but an entity that was bent on destroying the State through its words and actions. He cited the murder of former minister and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s uncle, Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, along with multiple other political murders to corroborate his statement.
