Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple Trust Board has facilitated the purchase of ‘Sparsha Darshan’ tickets through the ‘Mana Mitra’ WhatsApp service. Temple Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao in a statement on Saturday (May 16, 2026) said that devotees can also book 18 different types of Seva tickets and make donations through the Mana Mitra WhatsApp platform.
“To create awareness among devotees regarding Mana Mitra, signboards promoting the service have been installed throughout the temple precincts. A dedicated Mana Mitra help centre has been established directly opposite the Queue complex while more centres will be set up at C.R.O. Office and Ganesha Sadan soon,” Mr. Srinivasa Rao said.
Similarly, tickets for ‘Paroksha Sevas’ (virtual sevas) can also be obtained through ‘Mana Mitra.’ The Srisailam Devasthanam management organises these virtual sevas to enable devotees—who are unable to visit Srisailam in person—to have specific rituals performed on their behalf by providing their name and ‘Gotram.’
Mr. Srinivasa Rao said the government introduced the WhatsApp Governance system to deliver various civic services efficiently, rapidly, and transparently, enabling citizens with the opportunity to access services related to multiple departments.
To facilitate easy delivery of these services, the government made the Mana Mitra WhatsApp number 9552300009 available to the public.
He informed the public that through this WhatsApp service, tickets for Sparsha Darshan, Sheegra Darshan (quick Darshan), and Ati Shighra Darshan (very quick Darshan) at the Srisailam Devasthanam can be obtained. Similarly, 18 specific Arjitha Sevas including Garbhalaya Abhishekam (inner sanctum ritual), Samuhika Abhishekam (group ritual), Kumkumarchana, Ganapathi Homam, Rudra Homam, Maha Mrityunjaya Homam, Chandi Homam, Kalyanotsavam, Annaprasana, and Aksharabyasam (initiation into learning) can also be booked.
