Traffic diversions have been announced in Tiruchi in view of the visit of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay on Monday.

In a statement, Collector Pratik Tayal said that the buses bound for Chathiram Bus Stand from Central Bus Stand and Tiruverumbur should be operated up to Main Guard Gate Gandhi statue via Marakkadai. On return direction, the buses should go via West Boulevard Road. No buses would be allowed to enter Chathiram Bus Stand from 10 a.m. The buses, which were being operated via Thiruvanaikoil, would be allowed up to Mambazhasalai. The buses coming from Karur should ply via Shastri Road to Central Bus Stand. Similarly, the buses from Perambalur and Ariyalur should go to the Central Bus Stand.
