Amid mounting complaints over delays in replacing damaged transformers and recurring power outages, Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company (GESCOM) chairman Praveen Patil Harwal has directed officials concerned to expedite restoration work across affected regions.
At a review meeting chaired by Mr. Harwal here on Monday, a concern was raised over prolonged disruptions in areas such as Kalaburagi Rural, Aland, Afzalpur, Kalgi, Farhatabad and Herur.
