Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Vice Chairman and Managing Director Y. Nagi Reddy on Wednesday stated that going on strike while the Labour department is working to resolve the issue was legally invalid.
Mr. Reddy issued a statement on Wednesday stating that participating in the strike could result in disciplinary action in accordance with service regulations. He invoked the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947.
