Government whip and Kadapa MLA R. Madhavi Reddy said that Kadapa constituency is in for an all-round development, which will be visible to the citizens in a few months

After inaugurating a slew of facilities and laying the foundation stone for certain developmental projects across the constituency on Wednesday, the MLA said the people would soon witness development on an unprecedented scale, which she described as ‘the hallmark of NDA alliance regime.’

After inaugurating a swimming pool in the city’s second division, she appealed to the public to make use of such facilities. She also performed ‘bhumi puja’ for a new road in the city’s 13th division.

Flays YSRCP

Meanwhile, Ms. Madhavi Reddy listened to the grievances of the public and referred it to the respective departments during a ‘Praja Darbar’ held later at her camp office.

She flayed the erstwhile YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) regime for keeping the city underdeveloped and turning a blind eye to the representations received from the public. “Every plea received in PGRS and Praja Darbar will be registered to ensure concrete action,” she asserted.

Ms. Madhavi Reddy also distributed the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) cheques worth ₹6 lakh to beneficiaries on the occasion.
