Commodore Jasvinder Singh has assumed charge as Director (Strategic Projects) at Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL).

A veteran of the Indian Navy, Commodore Singh brings over 30 years of distinguished service. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an M.E. in Marine Engineering from the University of Pune, and an M.Phil. in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Mumbai. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
