Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation’s electrical and digital technologies have powered over 50 GW of solar capacity across India and global markets.
Naresh Kumar, the company's Chief Operating Officer, said the company, which operates in utility-scale power plants, commercial and industries (C&I), and residential segments, has supported more than 2,350 solar projects and partnered with over 350 EPCs and more than 300 developers.
“We are preparing for the technology of the future. We have started working on battery storage systems, without the batteries,” he told The Hindu on Wednesday (June 25, 2026). The products are almost ready and under pilot tests now. It will look at tapping the opportunities in the commercial and industries segment, he added.
