Jadeja’s fitness has been a point of concern for Rajasthan Royals earlier in the season, with the 37-year-old missing out on matches earlier in the season with an elbow injury.
Harsha Bhogle on commentary during the match revealed that Jadeja had suffered a tennis elbow injury. However, the all-rounder returned to bat, with his left elbow heavily strapped, after the fall of Jofra Archer, RR’s fifth wicket.
