Argentine superstar Lionel Messi broke another record with Inter Miami as his team beat Toronto FC 4-2 in Major League Soccer in Saturday.
Messi scored once and assisted twice, taking his tally of goal contributions to 100 in just 64 games — the fastest player to do so in the league. He broke the record of Sebastian Giovinco, who needed 95 games to reach the feat.
He now has 59 goals and 41 assists since joining Inter Miami late in the 2023 season.
