Cristiano Ronaldo’s wait for a major trophy in Saudi Arabia continued after Al Nassr was held to a 1-1 draw by local rival Al Hilal in Riyadh at the Alawwal Park.
It was Mohamed Simakan’s solitary goal from the first half which seemed to be the winner for Nassr before an own goal by the side’s goalkeeper Bento late in stoppage time handed Hilal a lifeline in the title race.
