Netherlands had scored four goals until the 55th minute in its Group F match against Sweden at the Houston Stadium on Saturday.

Brian Brobbey got the Dutch side going with his goals in the 12th and 17th minute before Cody Gakpo joined the scoresheet by scoring two goals inside seven minutes after the half-time break.

This put Netherlands on the brink of securing its biggest win at the FIFA World Cup.

Currently, it stands at 5-0, which the Oranje secured during the 1998 World Cup after firing five past South Korea in the group stage. Phillip Cocu, Marc Overmars, Dennis Bergkamp, Pierre van Hooijdonk and Ronald de Boer scored the goals in that match.
