The group stages of the FIFA World Cup 2026 is reaching its business end with teams making their last push to qualify for the knockouts.
Ecuador, which exited in the first round of Qatar 2022, will hope to seal a spot in the knockouts, going up against already-qualified Germany in East Rutherford, USA. La Tri lost their opening match 0-1 to Ivory Coast while drew against Curacao in the first two rounds of the group stage of FIFA World Cup 2026.
Meanwhile, Germany has a perfect record of two wins in two in this edition of the tournament.
