Bosnia and Herzegovina returned to the FIFA World Cup after eight years, but failed to win a game so far at the 2026 edition, following a draw with Qatar and a 1-4 drubbing to Switzerland.
The Bosnians, however, still remain in the race to qualify for the round of 32 at FIFA World Cup 2026.
In the expanded 48-team World Cup, the top two teams from each group and eight best third-ranked sides will make it to the next round. With an expanded roster, Bosnia and Herzegovina will look to make it to the knockouts for the first time.
| Position | Team | Played | Wins | Draws | Losses | GD | Points |
| 1. | Canada | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | +6 | 4 |
| 2. | Switzerland | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | +3 | 4 |
| 3. | Bosnia and Herzegovina | 2 | 0 | 1 | 1 | -3 | 1 |
| 4. | Qatar | 2 | 0 | 1 | 1 | -6 | 1 |
Bosnia and Herzegovina is third in its group after two matchdays, and plays Qatar in its last group-stage match and will need a higher goal difference than Switzerland to end as one of the top two sides from Group B.
