Hull City booked its place in the Premier League for next season, after it beat Middlesbrough 1-0 in the Championship Playoffs final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Oli McBurnie grabbed the winner in the fourth minute of added time, sending Hull back to the top-flight after a gap of nine years.
