Croatia will take on Ghana in the final Group L match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 at the New York/New Jersey Stadium on Saturday.
Croatia is currently placed third in the group with three points and a goal difference of -1. It places them seventh on the third-placed teams points table from which the top eight progress.
For Croatia to qualify it will need to avoid defeat against the Ghanians. While a win will take them through as one of the top two teams in Group L, a draw will qualify it as one of the best top eight teams.
If Croatia loses by a margin of one goal, it will need Algeria to lose to Austria and DR Congo to not win its game against Uzbekistan.
