Germany became the third team to reach the knockouts of the FIFA World Cup 2026 on the back of its turnaround victory over Ivory Coast in Group E on Saturday.
Like the European side, USA and Mexico too have two wins from as many games, and have advanced to the Round of 32.
Twenty four teams will earn a direct qualification into the next round, while the eight best third-placed teams will complete the remaining bracket.
The group stage of FIFA World Cup ends on June 27 with the next round commencing two days later on June 29.
