Brazil rode on a three-goal burst in the first half to beat Haiti and claim its first win of FIFA World Cup 2026 in Philadelphia on Friday.
Matheus Cunha set the ball rolling with a brace while Vinicus Jr. added the third as Brazil scored three in the first half of a World Cup for the first time since 2002.
Haiti held it together in the second half to not concede any more goals. But, with its second consecutive defeat Haitians are now mathematically eliminated from Round of 32 contention.
