Bengaluru FC will seek nothing less than a win when it meets Odisha FC in an Indian Super League 2025-26 match at the Fatorda Stadium in Margao, Goa on Monday.
The match, originally scheduled to be played in Bhubaneswar, was moved to Goa because of maintenance works at the Kalinga Stadium.
BFC has seen its title chances recede in recent weeks, having collected just two points from its previous three games. The Pep Munoz-coached outfit is sixth in the table on 16 points, five off leader Jamshedpur FC, and has only three games left in the season.
“We are just focused on the next game, and we want to win all the remaining games,” Munoz said ahead of the contest. “It’s [position in the table] is not something that we are talking about in the dressing room at the moment.”
Odisha is languishing in 13th place with just six points and a solitary win all campaign. Mohammedan SC is last placed with three points from 10 matches, and Odisha will be hoping for a positive result to ensure it doesn’t get drawn into a relegation battle.
