Leading AI and technology transformation solutions company UST has acquired Taciti Consulting, a boutique SAP Silver Partner specialising in large-scale ERP transformation projects, a UST spokesperson announced.
Headquartered in Plano, Texas, with over 240 employees in the US and India, Taciti offers enterprise clients a range of solutions, including a comprehensive suite of SAP services to help enterprise clients in complex industries navigate digital transformation, the spokesperson said.

Complex fields
The acquisition is expected to boost UST’s presence across a range of complex fields including hi-tech; semiconductors; manufacturing; and utilities, where Taciti has established itself as a global provider of ERP solutions. It will help UST further expand relationships in the Asian and North American markets.
Taciti’s SAP S/4HANA advisory and migration services provide roadmap designs and seamless transitions by leveraging unique approaches that fit specific client needs. Integrated with the global reach and transformation expertise of UST, Taciti will strengthen its enterprise application capabilities.

Taciti also implements advanced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions; facilitates cloud integration; and develops AI-driven tools to accelerate digital transformation initiatives. Its security and compliance services provide real-time threat monitoring and comprehensive cybersecurity for SAP landscapes.
SAP modernisation
The acquisition is expected to bolster UST’s SaaS++ strategy, the spokesperson pointed out. It also aligns with the latest trends in the SAP modernisation market, positioning UST to build new relationships as organisations in manufacturing and utilities undergo SAP transitions. Taciti’s deep SAP expertise; consulting capabilities; client retention; and recurring revenue streams have helped establish it as a trusted leader in the industry.
