Samsung bets on AI ecosystems to deepen India enterprise ...
2026-05-07 · via Latest InfoTech News, IT, Information Technology News | The HinduBusinessLine

Samsung Electronics is expanding its enterprise business in India with a focus on AI-powered, connected ecosystem solutions, targeting both private and public sector organisations as part of the country’s broader digital transformation push.

The South Korean technology giant announced on Thursday that it is moving beyond its traditional device-led offerings to deliver end-to-end integrated solutions combining hardware, software, platforms and security. The push marks a strategic shift from selling standalone products to positioning Samsung as a full-stack enterprise technology partner.

Central to this effort are Samsung’s Business Experience Studios, operational in Gurugram and Mumbai. The facilities function as live demonstration centres where enterprises can see applied use cases across retail, banking and financial services, healthcare, education and hospitality. The studios also serve as co-creation spaces where Samsung works with partners to design and test customised solutions before deployment.

Puneet Sethi, Vice President of Enterprise Business at Samsung India, said the company’s ability to integrate hardware, software and security into a single framework gives it an edge in helping businesses build what he described as “intelligent, adaptive environments.”

Samsung’s Knox security platform features prominently in the enterprise offering, alongside its display, mobility and AI platform capabilities.

The announcement comes as Samsung marks 30 years of operations in India, a market the company is treating as a priority for both consumer and enterprise growth. India’s ongoing push toward digital infrastructure across government and industry has created demand for scalable technology solutions, an opening Samsung is moving to fill.
