The Andhra Pradesh Government may make work from home mandatory in some categories of companies. This was hinted by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday.
Speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony of BISER Medical College & Skill University at Nidamarru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, in Guntur District on Wednesday, the Chief Minister said the suggestions of the Prime Minister to adopt work from home and to cut use of fuel, among others, should be implemented by one and all.
“I have already suggested work from home even earlier. I am going to make an announcement in a day or two,” Naidu said.
There should be rationalisation of vehicles in the official conveys, he said.
