




























Realty firm Puravankara Ltd has entered into an agreement with landowner to develop a 11-acre housing project in Bengaluru with a revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company informed that it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi, North Bengaluru, Bengaluru-based Puravankara did not mention the name of the landowner.
The company will develop a housing project on this land parcel with a total estimated revenue potential of around ₹1,100 crore.
Puravankara Ltd did not disclose the investment to build this upcoming project, which will have a developable area of 0.74 million sq ft.
Last month, Puravankara Ltd reported a net profit of ₹56.75 crore for the 2025-26 fiscal as against a net loss of ₹182.92 crore in the preceding year.
Total income increased to ₹3,846.42 crore last fiscal from ₹2,093.13 crore in the preceding year.
As of March 31, 2026, Puravankara has completed 95 projects totalling 57 million sq ft across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
The company's total land bank is 40 million sq ft and ongoing projects add up to 36.69 million sq ft.
