对于不固定工作场所的程序员来说，通过http的Source Control是个不错的选择。

GoogleCode就提供了Subversion server

首先在GoogleCode新建项目，然后在Project Members里把自己设置为Owner

切换到Source Tab

# Project members authenticate over HTTPS to allow committing changes.
svn checkout https://zmud-codes.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ zmud-codes --username pbleester

When prompted, enter your generated googlecode.com password.

然后你就可以使用SVN client连接到该服务了，注意通过client GUI使用的url不包括上面的参数，应为https://zmud-codes.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
