Ankush Grover, Co-founder and Global CEO, Rebel Foods
1. Journey: I began my health journey in September 2024 with a simple goal — to become fitter, stronger, and more disciplined. Over the past year I have lost more than 70 kilos through structured nutrition, strength training, and consistent routines. The transformation reshaped not just my body but also my mindset, energy levels, and mental clarity.
2. Consistency: Fitness is now my anchor. I train four to five days a week, largely focused on strength training and progressive overload. Tracking workouts and steadily increasing intensity keeps the process measurable and motivating, even with a demanding professional schedule.
3. Mindful: Nutrition has been equally important. I focus on mindful eating, prioritising high-protein meals, balanced portions, and maintaining a steady calorie deficit. Being conscious about food choices and consistency has helped me build healthier habits without relying on extreme approaches.

4. No quick-fix: I have realised that long-term health is built on small daily habits — sleeping well, training regularly, staying active, and maintaining discipline — rather than chasing extreme diets or quick fixes.
5. Wind down: Myday usually ends with a light dinner and fun time with my two daughters. Those moments help me unwind, stay grounded, and recharge for the next day.
