1. Resilience: Invest time in sport and fitness to maintain a healthy physique and sharp mind. My day begins at 7.30 am with a glass of warm water, followed by yoga and stretching. Growing up with sport taught me discipline, consistency and resilience. I started rollerblading at the age of eight and pursued it for nearly 10 years — an experience that taught me the importance of focus, stamina, and pushing beyond limits; it guides me in my business and life.
2. Balanced meal: My diet includes balanced nutrition, meals three times a day without excluding anything, and indulging in sweets in moderation.

3. Gym time: I work out regularly — gym sessions are a core part of my routine. Strength training and endurance workouts keep me physically fit and give me mental clarity and renewed energy to handle demanding schedules.
4. Disconnect: I practise yoga two or three times a week; it helps me stay centred, improves flexibility, aids recovery and allows me to disconnect briefly from daily pressures.
5. Rollerblading: I occasionally return to rollerblading and enjoy playing padel — both combine agility, competitiveness and pure enjoyment. I also enjoy skiing — combining agility, endurance and the thrill of pushing oneself physically.
